The Compliance Division, L.L.C. is a resource for compliance information and services for medical and dental practices and healthcare facilities. The principals have over thirty years experience in every aspect of healthcare compliance. TCD offers compliance services to assist healthcare providers in meeting federal and state training and education requirements and in developing, implementing and improving their organization's compliance program. TCD is a Texas State Board of Dental Examiners approved provider of continuing education. We also provide access to resources and materials that can assist you in meeting your compliance obligations.

Linda D’Spain has more than 30 years of experience in medical practice management. She has a degree in Business Administration and is a Board Certified Medical Practice Executive through the American College of Medical Practice Executives.She has managed individual practices and large multispecialty group practices.She is a Certified Medical Compliance Officer and travels the country conducting national seminars, workshops and webinars.This includes consulting with physician practices, hospitals and medical societies on compliance with Fraud and Abuse regulations, OSHA and HIPAA.In addition, she has served as an IRO (Independent Review Organization) for the Office of the Inspector General and consulted for the Texas Medical and Dental Boards.
THOMAS H. JENKINS, CMCO
Tom Jenkins has over 30 years of experience in hospital administration, pharmaceutical field sales, sales training and sales management. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and served in the United States Army as a Captain in the Medical Service Corp. There he served as an Army Hospital Executive Officer, a Medical Operations Officer and Chief of Service Branch for the Department of Hospital Clinics at Ft. Benning, Georgia. After his military service, he served as Assistant Regional Manager, Sales Training Manager and then District Sales Manager for Pfizer, Inc. He is a Certified Medical Compliance Officer and provides OSHA, HIPAA and compliance training.
